Due to the fact that we were quite a distance away, we had to trust Orange Realty, and more specifically Dean von Berg, with a number of issues that do not normally form part of an estate agency's mandate to advertise and sell property. Orange Realty however, never failed to deliver and a whole lot of extra issues regarding tenants, repairs and maintenance to our property in Alberton etc. were handled by them in our absence.
